The organisation works with the following group of people:
- Homeless people
- Refugees
- Ethnic minorities (particularly from Black Africa).

The organisation runs a weekly surgery where advice, guidance and support are given on the following areas:

- Housing
- Benefits
- Education
- Employment
- Volunteering
- Finance
- Health
- Translation & interpreting service

The organisation operates an equal opportunity policy and membership and access to services offered is open to all.

Surgery is held on the following day: Tuesday 9am – 5pm
